Tip #2:  Start writing a Stress Journal
These days Journal writing is suggested by many therapists. Each time you feel stressed, keep track of it.  This will help you identify the regular stressors in your life and the way you deal with them. Keep a daily log & write down:
* What caused your stress?
* How you felt physically and emotionally?
* How you reacted?
* What you did to make yourself feel better?

Tip #3: Make time for Fun and Relaxation
You can reduce stress in your life by nurturing yourself. Include rest and relaxation in your daily schedule. Some ways to Relax and Recharge:
* Go for a walk.
* Listen to music.
* Work in your garden.
* Get a massage.
* Spend time in nature.
* Take a long bath.
* Light scented candles
* Watch a comedy
* Play with a pet.

Don’t get so caught up in the rat race and forget to take care of your own needs. Nurturing yourself is a necessity, not a luxury.

Tip #4: Manage your time and tasks effectively
Making of list of what is Urgent and what is Important. Urgent things tend to be grab our attention! Successful people prioritise important tasks.

Tip #5: Deep breathing
Deep breathing releases tension from the body and clear the mind, improving both physical and mental wellness. I do this every 3 hours.
We tend to breathe shallowly or even hold our breath when we are feeling anxious. Sometimes we are not even aware of it. Shallow breathing limits your oxygen intake and adds further stress to your body!

Tip #6: Get enough sleep
Adequate sleep fuels your mind, as well as your body. Feeling tired will increase your stress as it may cause you to think irrationally.

Tip #7: Eat healthy
You would have heard “a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.”

Create a plan now. You can make your life better.

All the Best :)
