. Last week I was collecting money, for the British Red Cross, in Sheffield city center. It has always been a nice experience and the main thing is that it FEELS nice! Your Happiness – When you donate to or volunteer for a charity think about the disabled, flood victims, earthquake survivors, education for deprived kids… people who would benefit from the money/material you gave or collected. Do you know the feelings/emotions you experience when you contribute are therapeutic and can strengthen your immune system?
